Our December OC SIG workshop in Tysons Corner provided another powerful experience of insight and transformation. Although the group was just 7 people including some brand new to this process, three participants did powerful work on their professional challenges that was deeply inspiring. Everyone in the room benefits in their own personal and professional development when just a few people show up with that kind of openness and courage.  

The upcoming workshop will provide another opportunity to enhance our understanding of the systemic approach for both personal and organziation change. Before we can help change an organization we have to be adept at changing ourselves.  Join us Saturday afternoon,
January 23, and experience this important new management and consulting tool.  After a short review we will start doing constellations on the business challenges and opportunities you and other participants bring to the session. I am looking forward to seeing eveyone there to explore the power of organizational constellations.
